A 14-day challenge with daily accountability and feedback from Taro Iwamoto designed to help you transform your posture.

These first 3 days will get you thinking the right way about your pelvis in relation to your overall posture and get you to explore your pelvic clock and its relationship to your spine and head.
This next phase will focus on mobilizing your upper torso. Your spine, shoulders and mid-back will undergo a process to allow for better movement and range of motion.
Although it may seem strange, focusing on the lower portion of your body is also key to improving your overall posture as it forms the foundation for your entire body.
This final phase will have you work your entire body in unison to internalize everything you've just done. These challenges will build on the foundation you've created and focus on entire body movement.
All participants will begin on the same day and make their way through the challenge together both with me and with each other.
Completing this challenge won't be easy but if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.
