ENROLL NOWFocusing on our breath is a great place to start to improve your relationship with your neck from which everything else will flow.
Your neck does not operate in isolation, so we will explore how it is connected to your lower and upper torso to target root causes of discomfort.
Our spine connects our entire body and its relationship to your neck is no different.
The final phase will begin to isolate more towards the head and neck as we have built the foundation to target this area with more precision.
All participants will begin on the same day and make their way through the challenge together both with me and with each other.
Completing this challenge won't be easy but if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.
